YIZKOR BOOK
The Yizkor Service during Yom Kippur is an important time for remembering departed family members and others whom we love. Each year Temple Shalom publishes a Book of Remembrance that will be used during the Yizkor Service. The prayers included in the Yizkor Book can be also be recited at home or while visiting the grave of a loved one. We would like to offer you the opportunity to list the names of those you wish to honor by remembering for inclusion in this book.
The production of this special book is made possible by your generous donations. We appreciate any donation you wish to make to help create this book, as well as to help in fundraising efforts. You might want to consider multiples of $18 (or chai, meaning “life” ) per name as you honor those who are with you only in memory. We are also offering you the opportunity to dedicate an entire page with prayers to your loved ones with a minimum donation of $180.
Thank you for supporting our Temple and keeping the memory of your loved one alive. May the memories of those you have lost always be remembered in your heart as a blessing.
**If you are a member in good standing and have entries in the 5783 Yizkor book those will automatically be added to the 5784 Yizkor book. The 5783 Yizkor book is provided below for your reference.
YAHRZEITS
